Hello my name is Michelle Andre.
I would like to start off by saying thank you for sharing your child with us. I am delighted for the chance to get to know your families and be a part of them through this learning adventure. Noah’s Ark students learn, grow and thrive in our classrooms. Our whole staff is committed to providing a safe, fun, and educational world for your child. We will learn, play, do art/crafts, and all while encouraging your child to become a little more independent and confident to take on Kindergarten. A little about myself: I have been married for 23 years and have 2 boys, ages 22 and 19, and both are graduates of Noah’s Ark. I am an Air Force brat and traveled extensively around our great country and Europe. But our “Home” has always been here in the Northwest. In our family’s spare time we enjoy hiking at all the NW waterfalls, baking together, crafting, watching movies, and being with our extended family. I have been working at Noah’s Ark for 9 years now in the Dandy Dolphin class. I love my job here at Noah’s Ark; working with these amazing children brings me great joy. Watching their eyes light up when they finally understand something they have been learning is always a wonderful moment to experience, and being part of that learning is a blessing. I am excited to meet you and to have the chance to be part of your child’s learning adventure. Children want the same things we want. To laugh, to be challenged, to be entertained, and delighted. ~ Dr. Suess |

Hello. My name is Julie Taylor. I am the assistant teacher for Dandy Dolphins. I have had two daughters attend Noah's Ark Preschool since 2021 and could not have asked for a better experience. I have worked in the Play Park since it re-opened Spring 2022 and have loved getting to know all of the families in the program. I am honored to be working in the classroom this year. I am excited to get to give back to a program that has brought so much enrichment to my family's lives.
I graduated from Marylhurst University with a degree in English Literature and Writing. In my previous career I worked in the mortgage industry in the Credit and Operations areas, until I retired in 2021 to spend more time with my kids. I am also a stay at home mom for my three daughters (Olivia 14, Abigail 6, Sophie 4). and we have a 1 year dog named Dixie that looks kind of like a Jack Russell Terrier. Our favorite things to do is to go to all the different parks in Vancouver. Our favorite parks are: Carter Park, Hough Elementary, Nikkei Park, Marshall Park and Esther Short Park. Our favorite summer vacation spot is Bend, OR where we love to swim, play mini golf, go for hikes, visit parks and see the wildlife. When I'm not spending time with my kids I like to do yoga, yard work, go for walks along the Vancouver Waterfront, or organize something. |
