Hello my name is Michelle Andre.
I would like to start off by saying thank you for sharing your child with us. I am delighted for the chance to get to know your families and be a part of them through this learning adventure. Noah’s Ark students learn, grow and thrive in our classrooms. Our whole staff is committed to providing a safe, fun, and educational world for your child. We will learn, play, do art/crafts, and all while encouraging your child to become a little more independent and confident to take on Kindergarten. A little about myself: I have been married for 22 years and have 2 boys, ages 21 and 18, and both are graduates of Noah’s Ark. I am an Air Force brat and traveled extensively around our great country and Europe. But our “Home” has always been here in the Northwest. In our family’s spare time we enjoy hiking at all the NW waterfalls, baking together, crafting, watching movies, and being with our extended family. I have been working at Noah’s Ark for 8 years now in the Dandy Dolphin class. I love my job here at Noah’s Ark; working with these amazing children brings me great joy. Watching their eyes light up when they finally understand something they have been learning is always a wonderful moment to experience, and being part of that learning is a blessing. I am excited to meet you and to have the chance to be part of your child’s learning adventure. Children want the same things we want. To laugh, to be challenged, to be entertained, and delighted. ~ Dr. Suess |

Hello. My name is Laura Meyers. I am the assistant teacher for Dandy Dolphins. I look forward to watching your child grow and learn throughout the year. My goals for the year are to nurture your child's learning through play, love and creativity. My daughter joined the Noah's Ark Preschool last September and could not have asked for a better experience. I am honored to join the Noah's Ark family and I am thankful for the opportunity to be teaching your child.
I graduated from Washington State University (Go Cougs) with a degree in Human Development. I was in charge of running their sports classes for preschoolers. After few years I went into teaching early education before becoming a stay-at-home mom for my daughter Rian (age5). She will be a kindergartener in the fall. I have enjoyed last few years watching her grow and develop her skills in readiness to start school. I look forward to returning to teaching. I have been married to my husband for seven years. Our family of three love traveling together especially to the beach. Our other favorite activities are paddle boarding, hiking, camping, and going to local parks. When I am not running or playing with my daughter, you can find me enjoying the local coffee shops or amazing restaurants we have to offer in Vancouver. I am excited to join the Noah's Ark staff and be a part of your child's life. |
