Hello! My name is Cara Haskins and I am the teacher for the Busy Bees’ class. Thank you for sharing your children with me! I am so thankful for the opportunity to get to know your children and help them grow new skills and explore new concepts.
In our class we have a great time making new friends, crafting and growing though play! I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment and encourage creativity and imagination through open play and activity centers. We love to get messy, inspire creative minds, dance and play games. I have many years of experience working with children. I attended Eastern Washington University and received a Bachelors in Elementary Education and early childhood education in 2004. I spent my first few years teaching nutrition education to K-6th graders in Spokane, Washington, before staying home to raise my own 3 children. During that time, I continued to be involved in elementary school classrooms, PTA, and substitute teaching at Noah’s Ark Preschool. I have been married to my amazing husband, Devon, for 17 years. Together we have 3 children; Lexi, Bryn, and Burke. Upon moving to Vancouver, two of our children are Noah’s Ark Alumni and have such great memories of their preschool years. Our family loves to travel together, play games, go camping and play with our black lab puppy. I spend much of my free time involved with my children's’ activities, trying out new recipes, gardening, playing the piano and crafting. I love spending my day with your young children and seeing all the excitement that they have for the world around them and the friends they meet. Everyday they teach me something valuable too! |

Hi! My name is Heather Williams, and I am the teaching assistant in the Busy Bees class. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to get to know your children. This is going to be a great year of learning, growing, building friendships and making memories.
Born and raised in England, that is where I met my husband, I moved to the US in 2010. Together we have 3 children, all of whom attended Noah's Ark Preschool between 2015 and 2022. After high school I moved to Germany and spent 3 years working as a lead teacher in 2 year old classroom at Ramstein Child Development Center. I also spent several years teaching group exercise classes. This past year I worked as a substitute teacher in all 3 Noah's Ark classrooms. In my free time I like to travel, cook, play pickleball and badminton and compete in bowling tournaments. I look forward to a super fun year and getting to know all the Busy Bee families. |
